What separates good players from great players is the speed in which they read and process information on the field. Great players can do this more effectively by scanning.

In the 5 seconds before Thiago gets the ball you will see he scans the field 7 times before receiving.

@fitsoccerqueen 🤔 fundamental movements of CrossFit include squatting, lunging and running. That doesn’t help? I agree that throwing them in a WOD everyday doesn’t help but teaching kids how to move correctly certainly helps and that’s a part of CrossFit. Or I’m wrong?
