Fat loss must involve some form of restriction, either:
• Restriction of food volume (same foods, less of it)
• Restriction of food choices (e.g. no carbs, no junk food etc.)
Skipping the gym =
+ Immediate pleasure (time and effort saved)
- Delayed pain (guilt and shame)
Going to the gym =
- Immediate pain (Effort and time)
+ Delayed pleasure (Accomplishment and pride)
The pain is inevitable but one lasts for an hour, the other for a lifetime
The feet are one of the most overlooked aspects of lower body movement.
