I’ve found that 40y flys are the best indicator of success in the 100-400m.

Makes sense… longer flys show velocity AND efficiency.

But, the best predictor of the 40 fly is the 10 fly. So, we do 10s, 20s, and 40s.

And, we do acceleration flys (15y into a 10y fly).
