As a coach, you control your message. Through verbal but most importantly by non-verbal communication. Make sure your attitude is positive!

If your players start counting how many touches they get during the game, they can all count how many losses you get because of that.

It takes work. Lots & lots of work. Texas lost yesterday. They may lose again but the culture changes to a winning one by daily hard work!
