@SamaHoole >85% 1RM at 4-6 Rep range is preferred for strength, 67% to 85% 1RM 6-12 rep range is hypertrophy and 67% or less 1RM with >12 reps is muscular endurance. There is also a specific rest period to emphasize this also. This is all per the NSCA.
