It's a myth that all college coaches (like pitching coaches) know a lot about pitching, When being recruited a girl should figure out if she will continue to improve with that coach. Do your homework, honestly assess for yourself if pitchers improved, maintained or regressed.

TRUTH
All players should be treated fairly but NOT the SAME! The tireless worker with outstanding maturity that is highly reliable/dependable and trustworthy, shouldn't be treated the same as the immature and/or entitled brat that is lazy and has a habit of doing the minimum.
