We have water, but cannot supply it because the infrastructure has collapsed through lack of maintenance.
You surely can see the difference?

@goolammv Joburg Water have implemented water shedding and asked us to fix leaky taps etc.
The attached is a water pipe burst in Alida Crescent in Boskruin.
Running since 15:30 yesterday.
Reported and apparently advised they can't find the valve! 😳
