@JayJosephVet There has been a draft in the past to fill the quota. There used to be a minimum GPA requirement to go subs, however not enough mids who wanted to go subs were qualified, hence the draft. They’d also have to go to Nuclear Power School in Charleston and pass a Nuke interview.
