When someone asks you a question that sounds like bragging, always answer with an insanely high estimate. i.e. “I’ve landed this amazing new job! Guess how many vacation days I get” - Answer: “95?”
They will feel like a failure like u, this will ground them

Once I interviewed a HARVARD MBA. He talked about the amounts of debt he racked up during college. But he only got hired after he spilled coffee all over his $4,000 suit.
Talking about failing doesn’t make you a failure. Failing makes you a failure.
