🟢 DISTRICT WATCH UPDATE: BROWARD COUNTY

Today, we're updating @browardschools status to GREEN ✅

After additional conversations and reviewing Broward County Public Schools' budget documents, it's clear the district is actively working through the implementation of SB 538.

As with many districts across Florida, different portions of the legislation will be implemented at different times.

When school districts make meaningful progress for coaches, they deserve to be recognized just as publicly as they're held accountable.

Superintendent @HowardHepburn deserves credit for fostering an environment where these conversations are moving in the right direction.

Leadership isn't measured by having every answer on day one. It's measured by a willingness to engage, evaluate, and move forward.

We'll always applaud progress louder than we criticize inaction 👏

@chriscfore I see coordinator jobs offering 40k, which means you’re probably in your mid 30s. Tack on most small college jobs are in smaller areas, doubt your wife could be the bread winner in order to allow you to coach
