Thanks @SouthwestAir for accommodating our high needs son yesterday. He has severe anxiety and OCD and is too old for family boarding. In C group (full flight) so I couldn’t sit w him to coach him at take off / landing. The team gave us pre-board. No better family airline!

@SpiritAirlines update. So many empty seats on this plane. 6 of us could each have our own row if we wanted. How you weren’t able to get us on this flight when ours has been cancelled since 6am is a mystery. 1 of the 6 of us had a ticket from y’all so we paid $1.2k 4 the other 5

@SpiritAirlines forced to buy tickets out of pocket to get on this plane. No one on customer Support or at the airport could help us. We got switched to American but only one ticket showed up, having to pay for the other 5 bc plane boarding in 15min
