We are excited to announce that Chris Stapleton will be our next Assistant Principal of Scott High School.
Mr. Stapleton brings 14 years of teaching experience, 10 of those being at Scott as a special education teacher, as well as the school within a school and VL instructor.
Our program is truly honored to participate in Capitol Day in Frankfort. Jaquale and Natalee showcased our program's excellence with confidence, professionalism, and excitement! We appreciate the time taken by Representative Doan and Representative Moser to meet with us!
Another practical day in JAG, as students got first hand experience in first aid from SSGT Speckert. Students were super engaged and are proud of their new skill!
On Friday, March 27th, we acknowledged Teen Mental Wellness Day. Students shared some of their Good News with us to highlight the positive things going on in their lives.

Josh Couch has been named the principal at Turkey Foot Middle School, beginning with the 2026-27 school year.
Mr. Couch has 12 years of experience in education and was most recently the assistant principal at Scott High School for four years.

Yesterday we had our incoming 9th graders come tour the building with our student leaders. Students also attended breakout sessions that introduced them to the Scott Way!
We are excited to see these students Soar Above with us next year.
