I want to apologise to so many of you who for not responding to your messages. The last few days have been quite intense. I know so much love has been shown, and I hope I can slowly get through the messages as things calm down.
Right now, we're heading on a walk to North Wales, at the invitation of my new friend, Mark Scanlon for a "digital detox". We'll leave our phones behind and walk and talk in the countryside and meet new people. I need it!
