Texas has filed a bill that would make "consenting to gender affirming care" child abuse with prison sentences for parents.

HB672 will mean a mass rounding up of trans kids if passed.

It is the most horrifying piece of anti-trans legislation I've ever seen.

Huge news for transgender students in a federal ruling out of Montgomery County, Maryland.

A US District Court has ruled that the 14th amendment does NOT require schools to disclose transgender student's gender identity to a student's parents.

Trans youth deserve agency!

Trans kids and their families in Utah were brought some relief today when the Third District Court of Utah issued an order blocking enforcement of H.B. 11, that barred all transgender girls from playing on girls’ sports teams.

We knew it was going to happen. #TransLives don’t matter to those in power in FL. The FDOH Board of Medicine abruptly shut down their meeting, removed concerned parents and legislators, including and @AnnaForFlorida, and moved fwd to block necessary medical care 4 trans kids.
