Following last week’s final Oral Examination with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry I am proud and humbled to say I am now a fully accredited member of the AACD and only the second dentist in the U.K. to hold this qualification and the only dentist outside of London.

Please know that it may take up to 60 working days for the amount to be transferred to your account. I kindly recommend that you check with your bank from time to time to confirm the transaction

@KLM Snowy one, unfortunately you cancelled my flights to Geneva and still haven’t refunded me even after agreeing to on 29th of October. Give me back my money!! 60 days to refund is ridiculous

Totally let down by @KLM @KLM_UK , they have cancelled my flights on New Year’s Eve and have approved a full refund BUT i have just been informed that this can take up to 8 weeks to refund to a credit card. Fairly poor service given I have had to organise alternative flights.
