@timdixon82@BlindGuyTech@SkyUK Totally agree, on the NOW Apple TV app you can restart the program with audio description, so it is all there, you just can’t Watch anything on the library, very frustrating
@BlindGuyTech@SkyUK Bit of a shambles and no sign of AD coming to catch up and on demand anytime soon by the looks of it. Very frustrating as like you say, the work has already been done.
British meanings of “I'm fine”
1. I am actually fine, don’t worry
2. I’ll be fine in a minute, but please go away because you’re not helping
3. I've never been so cross
4. I think I’ve just broken my leg
5. My whole life has collapsed
@ADPwebmaster@SkyUK@BlindGuyTech would be great if Skye finally got audio description on demand here in the UK sometime this century, then maybe they could get a Double Tap award!
@RNIB received my new EE Wi-Fi router today, first time I’ve seen a router with Braille on it so have to commend EE for that, all they need to do now is include a braille card with all the router details on it as well
@BlindGuyTech@SkyUK Agreed, there is no reason why they can’t have AD on demand, have been considering cancelling Sky but now only on monthly rolling contract as didn’t want to sign up to 24 month contract if there is still no sign of this coming. Now TV & Sky have subtitles but no AD
@SkyHelpTeam Activated my Sky stream on Friday and signed into Netflix, but billing on my Netflix account is still showing as my old payment method and not being billed through Sky. Does this take a little time to update? My Sky package includes Netflix so don’t want to be charged twice.
Disappointed not to be able to watch #DeadpollAndWolverine@VancityReynolds due to poor Accessibility and a distinct lack of Audio description headsets @cineworld Poole. Far from the first time this has happened, @RNIB let’s make cinema accessible for all
