Very pleased to say that @OracleLinux 8 was a drop-in replacement into @cobblerproject.

I still need to do some validation testing with the optional Oracle UEK (Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel) package but it looks like replacing @CentOS should be far simpler than one might think.
