@CanadasLifeline I listened to ur radio ad, stop by a clinic, thought to ck 4 walk in. Staff said appt only, turned me away. I went next door shopping, used my ph 2 go on ur site, able to bk 15 mins later while appt avai rest of the day 2. Mayb train ur staff NOT turn ppl away?!
