Earlier this week, I left Bangalore/India, moved to Dubai indefinitely.

I can add reasons but I will skip because internet loves to lose nuance.

I also considered SF/US as an option but passed on it for some other reasons.

Dubai, UAE is what I hope would be my new home.

I’m a consultant and currently leading an AI transformation of a 40K* employee company

Here are my learning on context:

The biggest blocker is context poisoning.

Even if context is gathered by agent interviews

the operators are not sure of there knowledge and the context is intertwined and contradicts with another operator in the same charter

to solve these problems in my engagement

I’m running training sessions for humans on

- how to validate truthfulness of your knowledge
- how to structure it so that it can be queried by agents
- how to improve communication among human to structure well

I have put 120 people in a war room setup and now they are just doing context development structure

humans working in large cos work in approximation and there mental model in not structured.

So the foundation of knowledge has to be built first with absolute truthfulness

else this complain will never go

“Agents are good but it’s not giving 100% accurate results”

“I could have done this in 10 mins”

“All my time is going in reviews”
