We've decided to sunset Arc on December 22, 2026.

I’m starting to describe how a UI should look and behave instead of building every detail by hand.

That feels bigger than faster prototyping. It shifts design from drawing screens to defining intent, constraints, and experience.

Are we entering a more declarative UI era?

I’m working on a morphing accordion animation inspired by the clarity and restraint of Apple’s interfaces.

The goal is motion that explains the change, not just decorates it.
