Those not fully aware of the tech debt may not understand the impact. Calling that out is super important, I think. Trying to quantify the impact is just one way to add value to the process of addressing tech debt for the entire org. 7/7

Sometimes you won't understand the impact until after it's addressed, but I think that's just as important to try to do even after the fact. Addressing it may make it easier to add features, increase productivity, shorten the delivery cycle, improve developer happiness, etc. 6/7
