X received an order to restrict access in Türkiye to the official Presidential Candidacy Office account of the now-detained Mayor of Istanbul. Although Türkiye’s laws force us to comply with the order, we are challenging the order in court and, in the spirit of full transparency, are sharing the court order.

This follows the similar order we received and complied with in May 2025 restricting access in Türkiye to a related account belonging to the Mayor. At that time we also issued a public statement via this account, expressed our strong disagreement, challenged the order in court, and shared the court order. Our challenge against this order remains pending before the Constitutional Court, awaiting a decision following our recent legal filings.

These orders require X to block content in Türkiye that is available in the rest of the world. Not complying with these orders can trigger severe sanctions, including throttling of the entire platform in Türkiye. X challenges these orders in court because we believe keeping the platform accessible in Türkiye is vital to supporting freedom of expression and access to information.

X will continue legally challenging requests to remove content in Türkiye and around the world when those requests do not align with principles of free expression, due process, or other local laws.

Bir kara para cenneti olan Jersey Adası’nda;

Türkiye’ye ait yüz milyonlarca dolarlık petrol parasının buharlaştırıldığını ortaya çıkardık.

AKP’nin, Irak-Türkiye Ham Petrol Boru Hattı’nda uluslararası anlaşmalara aykırı olarak;

Irak Merkezi Hükümetinin izni olmaksızın taşıdığı ve Ceyhan Limanı’nda yüklemesini yaptığı petrol için;

Irak Bölgesel Kürt Yönetimi’nden 494 milyon 186 bin dolar petrol taşıma ücreti aldığını tespit ettik.

Bu devasa tutar önce, AKP hükümetinin Jersey Adası'nda kurmuş olduğu ve finansal tablolarına gizlilik getirdiği;

Turkish Energy Company (TEC) adlı şirkete transfer ediliyor.

Ardından 264 milyon 909 bin doları Türkiye’ye, BOTAŞ’a aktarılıyor.

Geriye kalan 229 milyon 276 bin dolara ne olduğu ise meçhul!

Bu para, adeta bir kara delik olan Jersey Adası'nda buharlaşıyor!

Güncel kurla 11 milyar lira kayıp!

Bunun adı uluslararası soygundur❗️

Helen Andrews drops a provocative thesis: Feminization = wokeness.

Everything we call "woke"—empathy over rationality, safety over risk, cohesion over competition, inclusion over free speech—is just the natural outcome of institutions becoming majority-female since the 1970s.

She points to surveys: ~2/3 men prioritize free speech, ~2/3 women prioritize inclusive society. Men lean "ethics of justice" (rules/facts), women "ethics of caring" (context/relationships/emotions).

Examples: James Damore fired not for facts but because it made women "feel bad." Kavanaugh hearings: masculine side demanded evidence, feminine side focused on "she's crying."

Her take: When women predominate, politics/institutions tilt toward subjective feelings over objective rules—even if many women reject it (e.g., best Kavanaugh books by women critics).

This 2:46 clip is bold, polarizing, and ties demographic shifts to cultural ones.
