🔴 بيان #رابطة_المحاميين_الاوربيين تضامنا مع منظمة تجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية كوديسا.

الرابطة الأوروبية للمحامين من أجل الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان (@EldhLaw) المضايقات التي يتعرض لها رئيس تجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية (#كوديسا) وغيره من المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان في الصحراء الغربية المحتلة
تُدين الرابطة الأوروبية للمحامين من أجل الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان (ELDH) النمط المستمر من المضايقات والترهيب والحصار والاحتجاز التعسفي والتنقيلات القسرية التي تستهدف المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان في الصحراء الغربية المحتلة. وتعرب المنظمة بشكل خاص عن قلقها إزاء الاستخدام المتزايد لأساليب العزل وفرض القيود على التنقل، بهدف منع أعمال التضامن، وعرقلة مراقبة أوضاع حقوق الإنسان، ومعاقبة المدافعين الذين يناصرون حق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير المصير.
وتشعر الرابطة بقلق بالغ إزاء التقارير التي تفيد بأنه منذ ليلة 19 ماي/مايو 2026، فرضت السلطات المغربية حصاراً فعلياً على منزل المدافع الصحراوي عن حقوق الإنسان حسين مجاهد في مدينة العيون المحتلة، حيث كان يقيم علي سالم التامك، رئيس تجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية (كوديسا)، الشريك للمنظمة، رفقة زوجته وطفله الصغير. ووفقاً للتقارير، قامت السلطات بتطويق المنزل ومنعت المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان وأقاربهم من الدخول إليه، كما عمدت إلى قطع التيار الكهربائي عنه.
ومن الجدير بالذكر أن #علي_سالم_التامك وعائلته يقيمون حالياً في منزل #حسين_مجاهد، بعد أن أُجبروا على مغادرة مقر سكنهم السابق نتيجة الضغوط المتواصلة التي مارستها سلطات الاحتلال المغربية على مالك العقار. وقد كان المنزل يُستخدم لاحتضان الأنشطة التي ينظمها تجمع كوديسا، الذي لا يزال أعضاؤه يواجهون قيوداً على حرية التجمع السلمي، إلى جانب المضايقات وعرقلة عملهم الحقوقي في الصحراء الغربية المحتلة.
وفي الوقت نفسه، أفادت التقارير بأن نائبة رئيس كوديسا، خديجتو الدويهي، تتعرض لمراقبة مستمرة وأعمال ترهيب في محيط منزلها.
وتأتي هذه الحوادث في سياق أعمال انتقامية مماثلة تستهدف المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان في مختلف أنحاء الصحراء الغربية المحتلة. ومن المنتظر نشر تفاصيل هذه الانتهاكات قريباً ضمن تقرير بعثة تقصي الحقائق التي أوفدتها الرابطة الأوروبية للمحامين من أجل الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان.
وتعكس هذه الحوادث نمطاً متزايداً يتمثل في منع المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان الذين لا ينحدرون أصلاً من مدينة بوجدور من دخول المدينة أو البقاء فيها، في ما يبدو أنه محاولة لعزل المدافعين المحليين عن حقوق الإنسان والحد من المراقبة المستقلة لأوضاع حقوق الإنسان.
وترى الرابطة أن هذه الوقائع تكشف عن نمط من الأعمال الانتقامية والعقاب الجماعي الموجه ضد المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان في الصحراء الغربية المحتلة.
وتدعو الرابطة السلطات المغربية إلى :

✓ الوقف الفوري لجميع أشكال المضايقات والحصار والترهيب والقيود المفروضة على المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان وأفراد أسرهم؛
✓ وضع حد للاحتجاز التعسفي والتنقيلات القسرية وأساليب العزل المستخدمة ضد المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان؛
✓ ضمان السلامة الجسدية والنفسية لجميع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان؛
✓ ضمان تمكين المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان في الصحراء الغربية من ممارسة عملهم السلمي والمشروع دون خوف من الانتقام أو المضايقات.
كما تدعو الرابطة الاتحاد الأوروبي:
- إن الاتحاد الأوروبي مُلزم، بموجب قيمه التأسيسية والتزاماته القانونية، بضمان ا��تثال سياساته وإجراءاته الخارجية للقانون الدولي، بما في ذلك احترام حقوق الإنسان وحق الشعوب في تقرير المصير.
- وينبغي للاتحاد الأوروبي تعزيز اشتراطات احترام حقوق الإنسان ضمن علاقاته مع المغرب، بما يشمل وضع معايير واضحة، وآليات للرصد والمتابعة، وتدابير تنفيذية تُفعّل في حالا عدم الامتثال.

🚨 Les défenseurs de première ligne condamnent l'escalade du harcèlement, des intimidations, des sièges, des détentions arbitraires et des transferts forcés visant les défenseurs des droits humains sahraouis au Sahara occidental occupé.

Les forces marocaines ont assiégé la maison du défenseur sahraoui des droits humains Houssein Mojahid, où vivaient Ali Salem Tamek et sa famille, l'intimidation continue visant Khadijetou El Dweihi et la détention, l'agression et le transfert forcé de plusieurs défenseurs et militants sahraouis des droits humains.

Ces incidents reflètent un schéma croissant de représailles et de tactiques d'isolement visant à faire obstacle à la surveillance des droits humains et à punir les défenseurs qui défendent le droit du peuple sahraoui à l'autodétermination.

Sahrawi human rights defender #Khadijetou_Douih, Vice-President of the Collective of Sahrawi Human Rights Defenders in Western Sahara (#CODESA), confirmed that she has been subjected to a tight siege at her home located on Avenue 50 in #occupied_Laayoune by members of the #police_forces of the #Moroccan_occupation. The siege was accompanied by direct threats demanding that she vacate the house, which is owned by her father, activist #Sidi_Aamar_Sidi_Alboukhari_Sidi_Ibrahim_Douih, under the threat of sealing (closure) of the property.

◼️ Her father also strongly condemned these threats and arbitrary practices, stressing that the house is his private property and that the Moroccan occupation authorities have no legal or moral legitimacy, regardless of the repressive measures they adopt against his family and Sahrawi human rights defenders.

◼️ The continued restrictions, siege, and intimidation against Sahrawi activists will not stop the legitimate struggle for the rights of the #Sahrawi_people.

La défenseure sahraouie des droits humains #Khadijetou_Douih, vice-présidente du Collectif des défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains au #Sahara_occidental (#CODESA), a confirmé qu’elle est soumise à un siège étroit à son domicile situé sur l’Avenue 50 à Laâyoune occupée, imposé par des membres des forces de police de l’occupation marocaine. Ce siège s’est accompagné de menaces directes lui ordonnant de quitter la maison, appartenant à son p��re, le militant #Sidi_Aamar_Sidi_Alboukhari_Sidi_Ibrahim_Douih, sous la menace de la mise sous scellés (fermeture) du domicile.

◼️Son père a également fermement condamné ces menaces et ces pratiques arbitraires, soulignant que la maison est sa propriété privée et que les autorités de l’occupation marocaine ne disposent d’aucune légitimité légale ou morale, quelles que soient les mesures répressives adoptées contre sa famille et les défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains.

◼️ La poursuite des restrictions, du siège et des intimidations contre les militants sahraouis ne mettra pas fin à la lutte légitime pour les droits du peuple sahraoui.

◼️ La defensora saharaui de derechos humanos #Khadjatu_Dueih, vicepresidenta del Colectivo de Defensores Saharauis de Derechos Humanos en el Sahara Occidental #CODESA, denunció haber sido sometida a un fuerte asedio en su domicilio ubicado en la calle 50 de la ciudad ocupada de #ElAaiún, por parte de agentes de la policía de las fuerzas de ocupación marroquíes, acompañado de amenazas directas exigiendo el desalojo de la vivienda, propiedad de su padre, el militante #Sidi_Ammar_Sidi_El_Bujari_Dueih , bajo amenaza de ser sellada.

◼️ Su padre también condenó enérgicamente estas amenazas y prácticas represivas, subrayando que la vivienda es de su propiedad privada y que las fuerzas de ocupación marroquíes carecen de toda legitimidad jurídica y moral, independientemente de las decisiones arbitrarias que adopten contra la familia y los defensores saharauis de derechos humanos.

◼️ La continuidad del hostigamiento, el asedio y las políticas de intimidación contra los activistas saharauis no logrará silenciar las legítimas reivindicaciones del pueblo saharaui.

🔴 بيان تضامني من منظمة #كوديسا مع #حزب_الن��ج_الديمقراطي_العمالي_المغربي

إن تجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية (#CODESA) ، وهو يتابع بانشغال بالغ ما يتعرض له حزب النهج الديمقراطي العمالي من حملات تضييق واستهداف ممنهجين يمسان بحرية التنظيم والعمل السياسي، من خلال استدعاء ومتابعة الأمين العام للحزب الرفيق: #جمال_براجع والرفيقين : #حسن_لنغير و #بندحمان_الصياد قياديي الحزب بطنجة وفرض عراقيل على حق الحزب في عقد مؤتمره الوطني السادس وممارسة أنشطته السياسية بشكل حر، يعلن :

✓ عن تضامنه المبدئي واللامشروط مع حزب النهج الديمقراطي العمالي المغربي.

✓يعتبر أن هذه الممارسات تشكل انتهاكا للحقوق والحريات الأساسية، وعلى رأسها حرية الرأي والتعبير والتنظيم والتجمع السلمي، المكفولة بموجب المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

✓ وإذ يدين التجمع كل أشكال التضييق على القوى الديمقراطية والتقدمية المغربية، فإنه يدعو المنظمات الحقوقية والأحزاب الديمقراطية للتضامن مع حزب النهج الديمقراطي العمالي المغربي حتى تحقيق وضمان حقه في العمل السياسي والحزبي دون ترهيب أو قيود.

"قوة الاحتلال المغربي تواصل سياسة الحصار والعقاب الجماعي ضد المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان وعائلاتهم"

تتابع الفروع التابعة لتجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية CODESA ببالغ القلق والاستنكار، التصعيد الخطير الذي تنتهجه قوة ال��حتلال المغربي ضد المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالأجزاء المحتلة من الصحراء الغربية، في إطار سياسة ممنهجة تقوم على الحصار والترهيب والانتقام والتضييق على النشطاء الصحراويين بسبب مواقفهم السياسية والحقوقية المدافعة عن حق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير المصير والاستقلال.

وفي سياق استمرار سياسة القمع الممنهج والعقاب الجماعي والانتقام من المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان، أقدمت مختلف أجهزة شرطة واستخبارات قوة الاحتلال المغربي منذ أيام على فرض حصار مشدد ومراقبة لصيقة على منزل المدافع الصحراوي عن حقوق الإنسان "#الحسين_المجاهد" الذي يتواجد به المدافع الصحراوي عن حقوق الإنسان والسجين السياسي الصحراوي السابق "#علي_سالم_التامك" رئيس تجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية CODESA الكائن بحي المستقبل بمدينة العيون المحتلة، مع تطويق محيط المنزل ومنع عدد من النشطاء والمدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان من الوصول إليه.

كما أقدمت عناصر تابعة لشرطة قوة الاحتلال المغربي مدعومة بمسؤولين في الإدارة المغربية، مساء يوم 20 ماي/ أيار 2026 على قطع التيار الكهربائي عن المنزل وإتلاف جزء من العداد الكهربائي، في ممارسة انتقامية تندرج ضمن أشكال العقاب الجماعي المحظورة بموجب قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، خاصة وأن الأمر يتعلق باستهداف مباشر لعائلة مدافع صحراوي عن حقوق الإنسان بسبب نشاطه الحقوقي السلمي.

وفي حلقة جديدة من هذا التصعيد الخطير، تعرضت المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#خديجتو_الدويه" النائبة الثانية لرئيس منظمة CODESA، لسلسلة من التهديدات والضغوطات المتواصلة بالتزامن مع فرض حصار بوليسي على منزلها الكائن بمدينة العيون المحتلة وقطع التيار الكهربائي عنه، في محاولة مكشوفة لترهيبها واستهدافها بسبب نشاطها الحقوقي.

كما تعرض والدها المناضل الصحراوي "#سيدي_عمار_سيدي_البخاري_سيدي_إبراهيم_الدويه"، لضغوط ومضايقات متواصلة بهدف إرغام المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "خديجتو الدويه" على إفراغ منزلها قسرا أو التمهيد للإقدام على تشميع العمارة التي تقطن بها، والتي تعود ملكيتها لوالدها في انتهاك صارخ للحق في السكن والحق في الأمان الشخصي وحرية العمل الحق��قي، وهي حقوق تكفلها المواثيق الدولية ذات الصلة بالقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني.

وفي ذات السياق تعرض "علي سالم التامك" لتهديدات واستفزازات مباشرة من طرف مسؤول في الإدارة المغربية برتبة "باشا"، أمام ابنه القاصر الذي سبق وأن تعرض للاحتجاز والترهيب من طرف شرطة قوة الاحتلال المغربي، في سلوك ينتهك بشكل جسيم حقوق الطفل والسلامة النفسية والجسدية للأطفال.

كما منعت عناصر شرطة قوة الاحتلال المغربي كلا من المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#المعلومة_الفلنخي" و��بنتها "#الخليفة_المجاهد"، إلى جانب "#البشير_بوعمود" عضو اللجنة الإدارية لتجمع CODESA من الوصول إلى المنزل الخاضع للحصار، مع توجيه تهديدات للمدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#الخليفة_الركيبي"، في استمرار لسياسة التضييق والانتقام من المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان.

ومن جهة أخرى تتعرض المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#نبيهة_بونان"، عضو مكتب فرع الطنطان لتجمع CODESA، لتهديدات ومضايقات متواصلة وصلت حد التهديد بالاغتصاب، في سياق الاستهداف الممنهج الذي يطال المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان والمدونين والنشطاء المدنيين الصحراويين بسبب آرائهم السياس��ة ومواقفهم الداعمة لحق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير المصير.

وأمام خطورة هذه الانتهاكات المتواصلة وما تعكسه من إصرار قوة الاحتلال المغربي على استهداف المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان وعائلاتهم، فإن الفروع التابعة لتجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية CODESA :

✓ تدين بشدة سياسة الحصار والعقاب الجماعي والانتقام الممنهج التي تستهدف المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان والمدنيين الصحراويين بالأجزاء المحتلة من #الصحراء_الغربية ...

✓Appelle à la levée immédiate du siège imposé aux domiciles des défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains à Laâyoune occupée, ainsi qu’à la fin de toutes les formes d’intimidation, de harcèlement et d’agressions verbales et physiques visant les membres de CODESA, ainsi que les défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains, blogueurs, militants, étudiants et anciens prisonniers politiques sahraouis

✓ Exige l’ouverture d’une enquête indépendante et impartiale sur le siège, l’encerclement et la coupure délibérée de l’électricité des domiciles des défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains Ali Salem Tamek et Khadijetou Douih, afin de garantir que les responsables de ces violations répondent de leurs actes, ces pratiques s’inscrivant dans une politique systématique de punition collective exercée par les forces d’occupation marocaines

✓ Appelle les Nations Unies, qui portent la responsabilité de l’organisation du référendum au Sahara Occidental, à assumer leurs responsabilités juridiques et humanitaires concernant les violations continues commises contre les civils sahraouis, notamment à travers la mise en place d’enquêtes indépendantes conformément au principe de lutte contre l’impunité

✓ Exhorte tous les organes des Nations Unies et les organisations internationales de défense des droits humains à agir afin de garantir que les défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains puissent exercer leur travail légitime de défense des droits humains sans restrictions ni représailles, conformément à la Déclaration des Nations Unies sur les défenseurs des droits humains.

🔴 Les forces d'occupation marocaines visent une fois de plus le président et le vice-président de CODESA .

Depuis le début de cette semaine, divers appareils de renseignement et de sécurité des forces d'occupation marocaines ont mené une campagne de ciblage direct contre le défenseur sahraoui des droits de l'homme et ancien prisonnier d'opinion sahraoui #Ali_Salem_Tamek, président du Collectif des défenseurs sahraouis des droits de l'homme au Sahara occidental (CODESA), ainsi que le défenseur sahraoui des droits humains #Khadijetou_Douih, vice-président de la même organisation.

Comme dans les cas précédents, ce ciblage a pris la forme d'un siège strict imposé à la maison où Ali Salem Tamek réside avec sa famille dans le quartier Al Mostaqbal de la #Laayoune_occupée. Les membres de la police d'occupation marocaine, accompagnés de fonctionnaires de l'administration marocaine, ont maintenu une surveillance constante autour de la résidence, tandis que l'électricité du domicile a été délibérément coupée et une partie du compteur électrique endommagée dans la soirée du mardi 20 mai 2026. La zone autour de la maison continue d'être soumise à une forte présence policière et continue et à une surveillance.

Le harcèlement ne s'est pas arrêté l��. Un fonctionnaire détenant le grade de «Pacha» (un fonctionnaire administratif local) au sein de l'administration d'occupation aurait menacé et provoqué Ali Salem Tamek devant son fils mineur, qui n'a que dix ans. L'enfant avait déjà été placé en détention et intimidation par la police d'occupation marocaine, ce qui porte gravement atteinte à l'intégrité psychologique et physique des enfants et constitue une violation flagrante de leurs droits fondamentaux.

Dans le même contexte, des membres de la police d'occupation marocaine ont empêché #Maalouma_El_Felnkhi, membre de l'organisation, sa fille #Khalifa_El_Moujahid, et #Bachir_Bouamoud, membre du comité administratif de la même organisation, d'accéder à l'appartement situé dans le même immeuble assiégé. Des menaces ont également été dirigées contre le défenseur sahraoui des droits humains #Khalifa_Rguibi.

Pendant ce temps, le siège et le harcèlement imposés au défenseur sahraoui des droits de l'homme Khadijetou Douih, vice-président du CODESA, continuent sans relâche. Sa résidence, située sur l'avenue 50 à Laayoune occupée, reste sous surveillance et encerclement. Selon son témoignage enregistré, l'électricité de sa maison a été coupée vers 19h45 par des membres de la police d'occupation marocaine. Elle a en outre décrit le siège et le harcèlement de la police qu'elle et ses deux filles mineures ont subi au cours des deux dernières semaines, en violation de ses droits à la sécurité personnelle et à la liberté de mouvement.

D'autre part, le défenseur sahraoui des droits de l'homme #Nabiha_Bounan, membre du bureau de la branche #Tan_Tan de CODESA, a également été soumis à des menaces continues qui se sont aggravées aux actes de harcèlement, dans le cadre du #ciblage_systématique et direct des #défenseurs des droits de l'homme, des #blogueurs et des #civils_sahraouis en relation avec les défenseurs des droits humains avec l'expression de leurs vues sur la question du Sahara occidental et leur plaidoyer pacifique en faveur du droit du peuple sahraoui à l'autodétermination.

À la lumière de la gravité de ces pratiques et violations en cours, qui correspondent de plus en plus à des châtiments collectifs infligés aux familles sahraouies, CODESA :

🔴Moroccan Occupation Forces Once Again Target the President and Vice-President of CODESA

Since the beginning of this week, various intelligence and security apparatuses of the Moroccan occupation forces have carried out a direct #targeting_campaign against Sahrawi human rights defender and former Sahrawi prisoner of conscience @ali_tamk , President of the Collective of Sahrawi Human Rights Defenders in Western Sahara (#CODESA), as well as Sahrawi human rights defender Khadijetou Douih, Vice-President of the same organization.

As in previous instances, this targeting has taken the form of a strict siege imposed on the home where Ali Salem Tamek resides with his family in the Al Mostaqbal neighborhood of the occupied Laayoune. Members of the Moroccan occupation police, accompanied by officials from the Moroccan administration, have maintained constant surveillance around the residence, while electricity to the home was deliberately cut and part of the electrical meter damaged on the evening of Tuesday, 20 May 2026. The area surrounding the house continues to be subjected to heavy and continuous police presence and monitoring.

The harassment did not stop there. An official holding the rank of “Pasha” (a local administrative official) within the occupation administration reportedly threatened and provoked Ali Salem Tamek in front of his #minor_son, who is only ten years old. The child had previously been subjected to detention and intimidation by Moroccan occupation police, in conduct that seriously undermines the psychological and physical integrity of children and constitutes a clear violation of their fundamental rights.

In the same context, members of the Moroccan occupation police prevented #Maalouma_El_Felnkhi, member of the organization, her daughter #Khalifa_El_Moujahid, and #Bachir_Bouamoud,member of the administrative committee of the same organization, from accessing the apartment located in the same building under siege. Threats were also directed against Sahrawi human rights defender #Khalifa_Rguibi

Meanwhile, the siege and harassment imposed on Sahrawi human rights defender #Khadijetou_Douih, Vice-President of CODESA, continue unabated. Her residence, located on Avenue 50 in occupied Laayoune, remains under surveillance and encirclement. According to her recorded testimony, electricity to her home was cut at approximately 19:45 by members of the Moroccan occupation police. She further described the ongoing police siege and harassment she and her two minor daughters have endured over the past two weeks, in violations of her rights to personal security and freedom of movement.

On the other hand, Sahrawi human rights defender #Nabiha_Bounan, member of the Tan-Tan Branch Office of CODESA, has also been subjected to continuous threats that have escalated to acts of harassment,as part of the systematic and direct targeting of Sahrawi human rights defenders,bloggers, and civilians in connection with the expression of their views on the question of Western Sahara and their peaceful advocacy for the Sahrawi people’s right to self-determination.

In light of the seriousness of these ongoing practices and violations, which increasingly amount to collective punishment imposed upon Sahrawi families, CODESA:

✓Holds the Moroccan occupation forces fully legally responsible for the safety and security of Sahrawi human rights defenders and their families
✓Calls for the immediate lifting of the siege imposed on the homes of Sahrawi human rights defenders in occupied Laayoune, and for an end to all forms of intimidation, harassment, and verbal and physical assaults targeting members of CODESA.....

🔴 Condenó el defensor saharaui de derechos humanos Ali Salem Tamek, presidente del CODESA, el férreo asedio impuesto por las fuerzas de ocupación marroquíes contra la vivienda en la que reside en el barrio Al-Mustaqbal de la ciudad ocupada de El Aaiún, considerando que ello forma parte de una política sistemática dirigida contra los defensores saharauis de derechos humanos y los activistas políticos saharauis.

✔️Asimismo, explicó que las fuerzas de ocupación rodearon la vivienda e impidieron a sus residentes desplazarse, entrar y salir, además de impedir el acceso de solidarios y activistas al lugar, en medio de un clima de intimidación, provocaciones y vigilancia constante. También denunció el corte del suministro eléctrico de la vivienda, calificándolo como una peligrosa escalada y una violación de los tratados internacionales y de los derechos humanos.

➡️ Para recordar, el señor #Al_Salem_Tamek es padre de un niño menor de edad que no supera los 10 años, quien también fue sometido a detención por parte de las fuerzas de ocupación marroquíes en 2022. Este niño se ha visto obligado a vivir asediado por un clima de represión, bajo redadas, hostigamientos y actos de sabotaje contra los bienes de su familia, desde la destrucción de las cámaras de vigilancia del hogar hasta el sabotaje del contador eléctrico, entre otras violaciones cometidas con el objetivo de sumir a la familia en el miedo y el aislamiento.

He stated that this is part of a systematic policy targeting Sahrawi human rights defenders and political activists.

✔️ He also explained that the occupying forces surrounded the house and prevented its residents from moving in or out, as well as blocking access for supporters and activists to the location, amid an atmosphere of intimidation, provocation, and constant surveillance. He also denounced the cutting of the electricity supply to the house, describing it as a dangerous escalation and a violation of international treaties and human rights.

➡️ It is worth recalling that Mr. #Al_Salem_Tamek is the father of a minor child, no older than 10 years old, who was also subjected to detention by the Moroccan occupying forces in 2022. This child has been forced to live under siege in an environment of repression, including raids, harassment, and acts of sabotage against the family’s property—from the destruction of home surveillance cameras to the tampering with the electricity meter, among other violations committed with the aim of instilling fear and isolation in the family.
