After exactly 30 days of building in public, I got my first trial today

71 people downloaded it and looked at the paywall, 1 started a trial

I'm so tired from all the work I did that I can't even be excited for this, but 1 person actually started a trial, congrats to me

@DeVeyrn I swear, I thought it was a mistake when the first app cleared in 2 days, then the second one took under 2 hours 😭

Apple claims 90% of their apps are reviewed within 24 - 48 hours

My first app has been sitting in review for 5 days now

I've been able to publish 3 different apps to the Play Store from start to finish in that time

It takes at the least 1.5 hours and at most it took 2 days

Another reason I hate Apple, and we're paying $99/year for terrible service ontop of having part of our revenue taken

Day 25 of building a SaaS to $1M ARR

Yet another post for Static Wave went viral today

I also started working on the PayWall and made some minor bug fixes

I will ship the update that makes the app paid tomorrow

I have a business account on both platforms

So I'm able to skip Google's 14 dsy testing period and I seem to get priority support

Doesn't seem to matter to Apple though

There's nothing much to manage between the apps, Ali !

I launch an app today, market it aggressively, let those posts get traction, check back 3 days later to make updates requested by users (takes less than 5 hours), make new posts and that's it

During those 3 days I would've built a new app

I'm trying to learn as much as I can, each app is better than the last and brings me closer to that first $1 from SaaS

Day 23 of building a SaaS to $1M ARR

Today, my new app Static Wave: an Internet radio player with 45,000 radio stations was approved on the Play store

I marketed it on Reddit again, 3 posts, went viral, 5,000 views cumulative

81 new Android users

I then quickly spent the night fixing bugs / implementing user feedback

Speed is the name of the game

This is how my Reddit posts got 11,000 views in the last week:
I spot and notice patterns

The first pattern was how receptive people were to "free app giveaways" in this subreddit

I have an app that was free anyway but people jumped at it

New pattern spotted: this guys is giving away his app in exchange for people joining his apps subreddit, will try it

@khan_kilo It's quite the opposite for me, in this subreddit in particular, 98% of the users are all people genuinely looking for free deals for Premium Apps

I have tracking enabled in my apps so I can see that they are genuinely using them
