@United_Steeze Facts:
- a new system will benefit some players over others
- injury comebacks will displace some players
- pragmatic play with a defensive player in Dorgu will be beneficial against top tier teams
- cunha will play more against lesser teams (based on point above)
@ZippyPenguin_ I’d argue that the modern game doesn’t allow for “the United way” any more. Technical & strategic tactics are leading the way, not fast paced all out attacking football. leading pack have shown that set pieces, strong defensive structures and pragmatic buildup is the answer. Imo
@rioferdy5@MrStephenHowson genuine question but is there still room in the modern game to play “the United way”? Or has the game become to technical and strategy based? Teams leading the way are showing us that Possesion, set pieces and defensive dominance are more important.
@mufcMPB Joel Glazer agreed that he needs a chance to work in a proper structure? The man who owns the club agrees that the structure is not correct after 19yrs of ownership? Now we also saying the manager has no say in transfers too? I call BS! Journalists making it up as they go…
@TheDevilsDNA Been thinking this for days! Fans want change and when it comes we start panicking . We want owners who make the right decisions, but won’t afford them time to do so? Seems like the press aren’t being fed news and details the way they used, new administration doing a good job!
@UTDTrey Disagree on Shaw ( injuries are a problem though). Don’t think they sell Antony. Only issue is seeing where we find funds to rebuild and cover that many positions?
@WayneSBarton@DocUnited If there was a hall of fame for Fans, Doc would have been in there! Privileged to have been able to attend many supporter meetings with Doc and hear his great stories and footballing knowledge. He will be greatly missed! 🔴💔
Sad to report that a fantastic South African Red has passed away. Anyone who knew Dr Barry Sheimzer would know of his fantastic collection of memorabilia, and his love for United. He was always my go-to to identify autographs. Barry will be sorely missed. RIP @DocUnited
