Kinda been noticing too… in 2026 Linux is the way to go for running agents. My Mac is like 4gs and it’s slower and also after a while starts heating up and slowing down. But a computer I built for like $1200 in 2023 is zooming with multiple agents

Reminder that I don't think you should run agents on a Mac unless you absolutely have to. It will slow you down massively and is not worth it.
