My favorite healthy snack right now:
- Large date (cut open)
- Tablespoon of peanut butter inside
- A drop of maple syrup
- Sugar free chocolate chips sprinkled on top
I used to go to the gym possessed.
Full of anger and negative energy.
Then I realized it takes far more discipline to train extremely hard while still being kind to the people around you.

“Johnny’s playing travel ball now…”
The way she said it made me realize I was getting dunked on.
@BerbarianWizard I’ve also found ocean water has an incredible effect on my skin.
Something about the salt water, algae, sunlight, and fresh air just makes my skin look healthier and more vibrant.
@Kpaxs Most people would be horrified if someone spoke to them the way their own mind does all day.
Exercise, meditation, and prayer can help quiet the noise.

One of my favorite things is waking up before my family on Sunday morning, turning on some Country Gospel music, and making a big pancake breakfast.
