Let’s hope Xabi Alonso’s pull is stronger than an ox, because who the hell wants to join a team who just finished 10th and didn’t get any European football? Yikes.
We’re in the same position as we were when Frank Lampard was interim and the players had checked out. They then spent billions on a full squad rebuild. This summer it needs rebuilding again. Yet some people want to try tell me the project hasn’t failed miserably 😂
Also, that’s only supposed to get overturned if it’s clear & obvious. By definition it wasn’t because it took awhile to decide. They only overturned it cuz they want Arsenal winning the title. They’ve already admitted they want new winners, so don’t dispute this.
"Even the referees don't know what is or what is not a foul" ❌
West Ham boss Nuno Espirito Santo says other circumstances have been judged differently in the past 🗣️
🚨🎙️| Joe Hart on West Ham’s disallowed equalizer vs Arsenal, accuses VAR of saving Arsenal’s title hopes:
🗣️“Listen, I don’t care what anyone says, that goal should’ve stood. VAR has absolutely ruined moments like that. West Ham fought for that equalizer and somehow they’ve found a way to disallow it for the softest little touch you’ll ever see. If that’s Arsenal scoring at the Emirates, nobody even checks it for more than five seconds.
And this is what frustrates fans, Arsenal have lived off those scrappy, aggressive goals all season. Blocking keepers, crowding the six-yard box, little nudges here and there… suddenly when it happens against them, it’s ‘clear and obvious.’ Give me a break.
I was a goalkeeper, I know when a keeper’s genuinely impeded and when he’s looking for help. There’s no way you can tell me that was enough contact for the goal to be overturned. The game’s gone soft. West Ham have been robbed, simple as that.
You wonder why fans think certain clubs get favourable decisions because moments like this keep happening. Arsenal are in a title race and somehow every 50/50 call seems to land their way. That equalizer changes the whole atmosphere of the game and VAR bottled it. Absolutely bottled it.”
“Arsenal have been blocking the opponent’s goalkeeper all season long, they would NEVER be on top of the league if we disallow these goals!”
Peter Schmeichel thank you for calling them out. have your cheating title VARSENAL. 👏
Hilarious watching our players settle for a draw. Ended any hopes of finishing 6th. That was a must win game, apparently no one told the players?? #LIVCHE
"When Roman Abramovich came into Chelsea, he knew he didn't know a lot [about football]. So he got the best chief executive he could find, Peter Kenyon. And he got the best manager he could find, Jose Mourinho.”

Chelsea had the chance to rally the troops for the last 5 games by at least bringing John Terry into the coaching team, ahead of or behind McFarlane. But no, they've disgracefully ignored him once again. It's an absolute farce.
Terry might have little experience as a coach tactically, but he's a leader who would lift and motivate the players and fans at the very least for these last few games. I can tell you one thing, if Terry was in the dressing room, we wouldn't be speaking about how we are outrun by every single team this season. A chance to unite a fan base and a squad even just for a short time, failed miserably by Blueco yet again. And don't give me Frank Lampard as an example of how this can fail - they are two different people.
I follow so many sports and I honestly can’t think of a club/ownership that would allow Sporting Directors to keep their job after hiring & firing countless head coaches inside a few years.
Sacking Liam Rosenior needed to happen but it’s just like shooting a zombie in the foot. The doom is still coming, you just delayed it for a very short while.
Who appointed Graham Potter? Why did Mauricio Pochetinno & Enzo Maresca not want to stay? Who appointed Liam Rosenior? Who's murdering my club?
@ChelseaFC
JK’s Fanbite of the 3-0 PL humping by Brighton. 5 losses in a row without a goal scored. Dire Embarrassing What was Enzo Fernandez thinking when he gazed zombie-like at the few supporters in the away end after this fiasco? JK has an idea. @chelseafanbite@Jonathankydd#chelseafc
Chelsea doing all they can to twist the narrative onto Liam Rosenior's fault rather than admit that whoever hired him and spent £2bn on an unbalanced squad that isn't good enough and lacks key elements, is actually the problem here and hold them accountable. Predictable.
Jason Cundy on Chelsea's performance:
“I’m embarrassed about that. That was disgusting, absolutely disgusting. I am ashamed of that performance tonight. Gutless! They battered and embarrassed us.”
