This chart shows Bitcoin's performance relative to the Nasdaq, and I've overlaid the previous recovery from the Gaussian channel back in late 2022, shown by the yellow bars.

The similarities are remarkable.

If the pattern continues to play out in the same manner, we could be about to see Bitcoin significantly outperform the Nasdaq once again.

Notice how the Trendicator also remained bullish for well over a year following the previous breakout. I'm not necessarily expecting the same duration this time, but given how closely price has mirrored that previous recovery, I do expect Bitcoin to start taking the lead.

Over the long term, since this chart began in 2017, Bitcoin has massively outperformed the Nasdaq, albeit with some enormous corrections along the way.

Will those yellow bars repeat?

It's entirely possible that the Nasdaq continues rising, but its meteoric ascent begins to slow, whilst Bitcoin takes the lead and heads towards new all time highs.

I'll certainly be watching for a convincing breakout above the Gaussian channel.

𝗖𝗥𝗩/𝗘𝗧𝗛: 𝗔𝗦𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗘 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗢𝗨𝗧? 🚀📈

$CRV has formed an ascending triangle against $ETH, with higher lows and relatively equal highs. Price has also broken above the daily Gaussian upper band, and the Trendicator is showing green.

CRV is once again among the top gainers today, up nearly 11% despite fairly flat broader markets.

I've marked a potential 80% gain against ETH if resistance breaks and market conditions support a powerful move.

With CRV currently at $0.3644, that would mean:

🔵 ETH stays flat: CRV reaches $0.656 (+80%)

🔵 ETH doubles to $4,790: CRV reaches $1.31 (+260%)

🔵 ETH reaches $8,000: CRV reaches $2.19 (+501%)

I think these are realistic potential targets under the right conditions, although there's obviously no guarantee.

First, we need a convincing breakout above resistance. Losing the rising support trendline would weaken the setup.

I'm very bullish on CRV and will be watching this chart closely. Let's see if we can finally get some significant outperformance against Ethereum!

BITCOIN DOMINANCE: ALTSEASON APPROACHING? 📊

Bitcoin dominance has been ranging for over a year, with room to test the descending trendline near 63%. However, I think the downside is looking increasingly likely.

The Altseason Index sits at just 11%, while the TOTAL3/BTC.D Altseasonality indicator is also near historical lows.

Both suggest altcoins are heavily out of favour, leaving considerable room for a reversal.

Do we get one final shakeout, or does Bitcoin rally while alts continue to lag?

I'm leaning towards a final shakeout before altcoins begin outperforming.

Hopefully not much longer before alts reclaim some glory! 🚀
