My friend was told you have qualified for PIP, he has severe arthritis, and 2 days before payout was told had to halt payment as we have lost the assessment. Now say under new rules don't qualify ! But he had it and new rules don't apply yet anyway !!! #pip

Don't book disabled room at @TravelodgeUK , booked 8th Aug for tonight and just told brother we've moved you to family room. He's only got one leg so needs bars in bathroom but without asking they moved him as overbooked disabled rooms. #Disability

Having had his leg amputated my brother moved into a property supplied by @edfenergy on 18th November since then 1 bill (despite repeated requests) and smart meter does not talk to anyone. Is this a policy to ensure vulnerable do not use power as scared about how high bill be?

@seatfroghelp my mother is trying to use seatfrog for 1st time, she has opted for buy now and confirmed but just gets blue circle spinning in middle of the page. Can you help please as they are 130 miles away and in 80,s. I use app all time with no issues. Thanks
