For the first time since @NSWGAA was formed in 1949, they finally have a proper home of their own that they intend to significantly develop further in the coming years. #GAABelong@GFHAAustralasia https://t.co/jBCDjb0xlN
@johnjazzharan@DermotCorry@StEunansGAA We paid $28,000 Australian for the one we have in Sydney… takes approximately 45 minutes to mark each of our pitches… not as much of a timesaver as I was led to believe… perfectly straight lines all the same. Well worth the money in my opinion.
Bridie Brown is 87 years old and yet her family have attended court a minimum of 57 times as they seek justice for the brutal murder of their husband/father/grandfather as he locked the gates of his beloved club, @BellaghyGAC Tones.
57 times....let that sink in!
We will 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 give up, we will continue to do all we can and more to support the family of Sean Brown as they battle for truth and justice.
In the words of Bridie Brown herself to the British Secretary of State @hilarybennmp '𝗗𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴!'
Mo náire thú!
Tír na nÓg respectfully request @officialgaa to cancel the Red Hat conference planned for Croke Park this weekend. 14000 children have been killed in Gaza and 1.9 million have been displaced. Where is our corporate social responsibility? #StoptheGenocide
Palestinian children in the West Bank try out hurling for the first time today, they enjoyed trying to puck and lift! @gaa_palestine @gaelsagainstgenocide @claregaels4gaza@Dublinrunner1
One battle has ended in victory, and now the next begins. Take your pick from reckless immigration policy, green climate policy, hate speech laws, EU and local elections, and general elections. We must ensure that Orwellian Hate Speech Laws are not introduced in Ireland and that the people are not censored and silenced. The first step is to seek the resignation of a Minister for Justice who is out of touch with the people and ignoring their will. The difference this time is there is no referendum, and robust debate will be key.
Roderic O'Gorman and Helen McEntee are once again responsible for immigration policy and how reckless it has become. Despite the vast majority of the population disagreeing with their free-for-all policy, it's like a runaway train that must be stopped.
The Greens are destroying our agricultural industry and imposing taxes and regulations on the people based on a green agenda and hypothesis. The only way this will stop is at the elections and by allowing proper debate around climate change, not just one narrative.
There is much more that needs fixing in our country, including healthcare, cost of living, energy costs, carers' allowances and medical cards, housing, and accommodation costs, among others. Let's keep up the pace until this government and the so-called opposition parties (all useless) start to listen to the people.
Tyrone GAA once again standing up for what is right 👏👏👏 - a strong & welcome statement in support of Sean Brown's family & "all families who are impacted by the callous guillotine effects of the Legacy Act."
#NeverGivingUp
This is a welcome intervention from leading Ulster GAA official. Might the Association at Croke Park level show their solidarity with the Brown family, the Kelly family, & all bereaved families being thwarted by the Legacy Act? Derry, Tyrone, Armagh GAA all voiced support.
Comedian Bassem Youssef ended his performance at the Sydney Opera House last night with a show of solidarity with the people of Palestine.
It comes after the Opera House was lit up in blue and white in support for Israel earlier last month. #9News
