For the first time, Covid has entered our home. A fam member, vaxed and KF94 masked, attended an event in a fairly well ventilated area (6 ACH). Unfortunately, he was infected.

We suspected possible covid, so he took RATs twice, but both were negative.

Moved to a new tea of ginger, garlic, onion which are anti-flammatory. Her coughing is fairly constant and she has some alarming fits...

@_Norwegian_Blue @NukitToBeSure @pjfred60 This has been our problem here in the Philippines also where MERV filters are in short supply but IKEA filters are available. Maybe @NukitToBeSure can give an option for add'l filters when purchasing? fingers crossed that it will be affordable.

Cast Iron pizza. Levels were same as fried chicken. Dissipates in about 15 mins. Reverse seared steak gets it up to 150 though.
