Crypto news tells you what happened. CoinScope tells you who it hits and what to watch next.
1. The news + the number that matters
2. Who it hits: traders, whales, airdrop farmers, founders, investors, analysts
3. What to watch in the next 48 hours
A large token unlock isn't just a number. It's a supply event for holders, a flow to track for whales, and a signal for projects on the same chain.
No hype. No "this will 10x". No trade calls. Just the move, the context, and the next checkpoint. When a call of ours is wrong, we say so.
Follow along. The numbers we cut are in the replies.
@Cointelegraph Platform concentration is higher than chain concentration: 55% of the total ($261M) sits on xStocks alone. STRCx drives Ethereum ($148M), MSTRx drives Solana ($70M), so the 86% split masks who actually issues it.
The 339 BTC ask at $84,000 is roughly $28M at current prices. The OKX data shows two more orders at $84,000 and $83,999.9 totalling $52.13M. That's the size of the wall.
$84K has a 339 bitcoin:native ask wall — double the size of the biggest bid. 62% of order book depth near spot is on the sell side.
But if BTC clears $84,078, Coinglass shows $2.276B in short liquidations stacked above it.
One wall. One squeeze. Price is at $82,400.
Does the wall break or the bid?
@KobeissiLetter The frozen market has a price tag: $2,777 monthly payment at 7.4%—highest on record except last week, per Redfin. And 22% of sellers are now cutting asking prices, a record share. Buyers aren't gone; they're priced out.
@CoinMarketCap CME's 11-token lineup now averages 242K contracts/day ($7.9B notional) and $14.3B in daily open interest. The 2026 expansion into ADA, LINK, XLM, AVAX, and SUI alone added nearly $2B in YTD notional (CME).
@Cointelegraph Exchange reserves rose from 2.67M to 2.68M BTC as 30-day spot demand turned negative—perpetual futures are carrying the bid, not spot buyers (CryptoQuant).
@CoinDesk FINMA approved an exemption from Swiss risk-diversification rules to let this single-asset fund list. The real distinction: existing crypto ETPs on SIX are collateralized debt, while this ETF’s assets are legally segregated in bankruptcy (FINMA/SIX).
@Cointelegraph For trading venues: the 65% rebate cap requires staking up to 1% of ZRO supply. That's the lock-up mechanic tying venue volume to token scarcity.
@CoinMarketCap Seed size is the tell: just $1.3M AUM across 65,000 shares at $20 NAV—a distribution test, not a liquidity event. Both charge 2.50%. LIT trades as LIHT on Xetra (EUR/USD), VVV as VENC on SIX. (https://t.co/79AgNHP1x3 Börse)
The 20x reduction isn't a new algorithm. It's better error-correction efficiency in Google's March 2026 paper. The hardware still doesn't exist, but the target shrank from 9 million qubits to under 500,000.
Starknet just flagged the quantum risk that most holders ignore: 1.7M BTC sits in addresses where the public key is already visible on-chain (Starknet).
A quantum computer capable of exploiting that doesn't exist yet. But the estimated hardware needed fell 20x since 2023 (Google Quantum AI). The timeline compressed from decades to potentially years.
Glassnode's broader count is higher: 6.04M BTC (30% of supply) is exposed, with 1.92M BTC structurally vulnerable from legacy P2PK addresses alone.
If you've ever sent from an address, your public key is visible. Moving funds to a fresh address is the cheapest defense.
Have you rotated your keys or are you still using the same address?
@CoinMarketCap Monday's inflow doesn't flip the month: October BTC ETF flows are still -$615M. And it's one-way—Ethereum ETFs lost $103.3M the same day, pushing ETH's October outflows to $955M, the worst month this year (Farside).
@Cointelegraph $900M daily volume, 9th on CoinMarketCap—that's the liquidity walking out. And it's not just Russia/Belarus: MEXC is also exiting the Netherlands, full offboarding Nov 16 (Kommersant/CryptoBriefing).
@KobeissiLetter The rally is real, but hedging isn't gone: SPX put/call ratio sits at 1.19, above the 1.0 bearish threshold, even as VIX drops to 18.44. The "crash" callers are buying protection, not exits.
The $70M raise came from a $60M node sale and a $10M VC round. Two years later, on-chain fees and active addresses are zero. The cost of running a standalone L2 ate the runway.
Sophon's TVL fell from $20.1M to $16.5K. Now the chain is shutting down Nov 30.
Withdrawal deadline: Nov 25. Assets left after that risk permanent lock.
Raised $70M in 2024. Built on zkSync. Now pivoting to Base. Binance already migrated SOPH 1:1 to Ethereum.
Are you withdrawing now or waiting for the last minute?
@CoinDesk@NEARProtocol For founders: The confidentiality relies on TEEs (hardware-isolated enclaves). It hides the transaction payload, but gas fees remain public. The real win is multi-chain payroll without bridging.
@BullTheoryio The whipsaw was real, but the market's conviction didn't survive: Polymarket's "Oct 31 ceasefire holds" odds collapsed from 84.5% to 53% within the hour. The headline moved price; the smart money moved the odds (ChainCatcher).
@AshCrypto KRW1's on-chain supply is ~13.67M tokens — about 142M KRW (~$100K). This is an MOU and a test rail, not a liquidity event. The real number: Korean exchanges bled $10.4B in stablecoin outflows over 18 months (FSS).
