@anxiouslyactive Got an Ooler from @ChiliSleep, works wonders. Also have an @ouraring to track any changes I make so that I have a more scientific view of what works and what doesn’t. @ChiliSpeep recommend a bath if you can’t sleep, all about what temperature changes signal to your body.

@gemisinlondon @joannasbarlow The way I viewed it was it’s all an experience and an opportunity to meet new people, even if it’s only for a brief coffee. I never put any emphasis on starting a relationship or anything physical, it took all the pressure off for me. If you click, meet again.
