Cellular senescence: a double-edged sword in cancer therapy ⚔️
SASP-inflammation is emitted from senescent cells to attract immune cells that will destroy the senescent cells.
When the immune system is exhausted (e.g. T cell exhaustion from mitochondrial weakening) and SASP fails to recruit the immune cells needed to eliminate senescence or cancer, then the dark side of SASP worsens due to persistent SASP harming neighboring normal cells.
Once a senescent cell is destroyed by a T cell or NK cells, the SASP it emits resolves — meaning persistent SASP may be a dysfunction of the immune system. ⬇️

Currently, there are two arms... BRI and Helixer. BRI is non-profit research, studying molecules that Helixer does not patent. Helixer is for-profit, studying patented molecules that could be taken to trial.
These protocols mix peptides, small molecules, MUSE stem cells, and supplements in targeted ways. The goal is to achieve synergy between compounds while still maintaining normal BP, heart rate, and temperature, et al.
For example, the immune stack mitigates immune exhaustion by powering the mitochondria of immune cells while concurrently increasing the proliferation of immune cells.
Furthermore, the damaged or infected cells that are eliminated by T-cells/NK-cells/etc are scavenged through efferocytosis via M2 Macrophages.
M2 Macrophages are like Pac-men that digest apoptotic bodies, and are also involved in RCT during atherosclerosis regression. They are a fundamental component to many of our protocols.
We have been designing therapies that enhance every axis of this feedback loop for years. The immune stack was first born during the COVID era, while working at Peptide Sciences. We are now designing the cancer stack, senescence stack, atherosclerosis stack.
The autoimmune stack will need to wait until later given it is the most experimental, requiring the wiping of memory B cells and the retraining of them... there are many prerequisites required before we can safely retrain memory B cells after wiping them.

I tried to go toward the non-profit angle for as long as I could, but I don't see it as realistic anymore. It's too difficult to raise funds without a profit incentive. I'm friends with @NiklasAnzinger from Prospera as well and visited 2 years ago. We are planning to do legal Phase 1 trials there after our mouse trials at the @LifespanRI.
We already have a relationship with the LRI and have an agreement to conduct mouse trials there.

Trusted third parties are security holes. Whether the strangers in question are or are portrayed as "good guys" or "bad guys" does not make much difference, they are still security risks.
