For 6 months 40 boxes of Magic the gathering Arabian Nights sat on my local stores shelves.

Each box containing 36 packs. The only people buying these $2.50 packs were me and a group of my friends. It was considered weird and silly and we only bought because we were building a deck and adding to our collection. It was 💯 utility. No market had even been established. The value was what we assigned them and what we traded for at the time. No price list existed.
No chart, no Flow, no listing.

Later it caught on with worldwide tournaments giving 25 BTC away which seem like a slap in the face consolation prize when BTC was pennies.

Anyone of me or my friends could have easily bought up all 40 boxes at the local game shop for a mere $1600 at the time because they were not selling and the store owner at one point would have been happy to break even. We were not investors we were players. Each pack in those boxes sell for over $10,000 today.

Magic the gathering gave some of the very first utility to BTC . The MtGOX

You never know when utility becomes something greater than it was ever even designed to be. When price discovery happens and true value is assigned.

It always starts out the same. It has limited market, minimal value, most people don't care about it, the majority don't even know it exists.
People absolutely never know How to value them at first. Never realize that they are actually early and knowledgeable before the market has even been established. Mainly because it is very cheap and easy to access for them. They completely undervalue it because of their entry bias. Because they got it so cheap it isn't worth anything and they just don't value it. They assume they have all the time in the world.. those boxes will sit on the shelves forever and they can buy them any time the like at the prices they are use to... Up until they can't and only can afford a mere fraction of the position they could of had... If only they Knew how the market would actually value them in the future.

My dad died at 55.

He used to workout.

But then stopped taking care of himself - and told himself it was to take care of us.

Then in this interview 2 years before his passing - he shared with my organization, that “self sacrifice” at all costs was a mistake and he would’ve done things differently if he could go back in time.

2 years later, he passed away of complications related to diabetes.

I love my dad and miss him so much.

If you’re Christian husband and father - it is your duty to lead and serve your family - but you can’t lead them if you don’t take care of yourself.
