@pixieviii i have chronic migraine headaches with 25+ headache days a month, and about 10 migraines a month on average if i’m lucky. generally, if i catch a headache early and take a high dose of ibuprofen (typically i know what time my headaches start every day), i can catch it, but i dont

If I catch it with ibuprofen early enough, it works, otherwise I have to take a stronger medication to treat it.

It blows my mind that some people get to live with less than 25 headaches a month. I have a headache every day. It hits around 11:45 every day. No amount of lifestyle changes has helped. My preventative medication hasn’t helped yet either :/

@axiochrono I think the most I’ve worked in one day was 19 hours? My mom worked 36 hour shifts occasionally if her place of employment was understaffed, but usually she did 12-18 hour shifts.
