@eddie_lafferty @HotpointUK I have a condenser dryer that is just over 2 years old and I’ve found shreds of the belt underneath the dryer, its £120 for them to come to look at it, I get £50 back though if they deem it irreparable! Hotpoint has terrible customer service!
