This is terrible and I am pleased this has been posted publicly and not hidden away. This needs dealing with:

Firstly by the police. This "Man" needs arresting.

Secondly by the club. They should sack him and issue a statement condemning such violence.

Hope the young lad is ok. If he is under the age of 18 that "Man" is in even more trouble.

An utter disgrace.
