Reason why I am holding on to my $ELAB shares at 02 cents
$ELAB raised 8 million back in September. Most of the float is owned by insiders (73%) Right now, everywhere I’m looking shows 49 million shares .. even if this doesn’t account for warrants - the offering was 28 million shares and two sets of warrants.. so max 100 million float (if warrants were exercised) which would still be absolutely laughable at .02 cents. That’s my thesis. Anyone who wants to prove me wrong go ahead:
