@ClintFiore You need to state how you get to EBITDA. How much owner comp was scraped to get to that multiple. And what are all the requirements to get that payout as far as remaining on, at what scraped comp, etc.

@FortWayneCPA First consideration is whether you operate in a Remote Desktop environment or run software local or on a server. If Remote Desktop you need less capability on the laptop. Similarly as to use of cloud applications.

@LoganGrafTax You are not encouraging people to stay. You are supporting them to build up a practice and then leave and then your clients have new personnel to work with. An advantage as I see it to a client of a small firm relationship is less turnover than larger firms.

@Leo4AzSenate You should look at historical rates. Three percent was an aberration due to other concerns but way outside historical norms. And Treasuries hide mortgages rates way more than Fed rate.

@RepMTG But don’t create you own list of laws you will obey and which not. I wonder too, if Dr. Moore was an alien you wanted deported whether justification then would be that he broke a law. We cannot have a system that works both ways.

@RepMTG We are a nation of laws and don’t get to pick which to obey and which not. If you don’t like a law use the voting booth and/or run for office yourself to affect change, but don’t just decide yourself it is not valid.
