@FedEx I am very disappointed in FedEx service. I had a package that was overnight priority that was to be delivered yesterday. Then it was delayed until Monday. FedEx told the shipper that it would be available for pickup by today. Yet it's still sitting at the sorting facility.

@ChoiceHotels had a check-in.vlerk give me attitude about my service dog and then we found out that the non-accessible by elevator was our only option. Only to find out that mold remediation was our only option upon check-in.

Also, the deal clerk was baby-sittong her great granddaughter while on duty. The baby was so in the office area.
