@EvenHotels It’s the Manchester, NH airport hotel location. We’ve called twice. Guy said he didn’t know what a crib was 🤷‍♀️, so we said a bed for a baby and he just said he didn’t know. Corporate office was just as unhelpful. We’ll book elsewhere.

@EvenHotels …the fact that neither your corporate or on-site staff can answer whether or not one of your hotels has pack and plays or cribs is super unhelpful and unwelcoming to families traveling.
