@JuicyEnby Oh, I’m sure you know squats and lunges will do wonders for your hips and butt, a waist trainer for a smaller waist, and if you have any worry about your shoulders, avoid working out your upper body so you can lose muscle mass up there. But that would make you a pear shape.
@JuicyEnby Hmm I can't tell if it was held on by some sort of fabric adhesive or id the plastic parts of the zipper was part of another wider piece of plastic that was then sewed on, so you could try a fabric glue and that might hold it together for a bit, sewing seems like a no go though
