Yes of course they can detain/arrest them. What they cannot do is cuff them, say "we saw a girl on camera, and we know a girl lives in that house, is she in that house"? Definitely cannot do onsite interrogations without even rights read. Any charges are now completely inadmissible buddy, and the parents will now be well compensated by the city.

Yeah Trump is plotting nukes, and stroking out US Senators who tattle too much. We don't even have the missiles for an offensive so it would have to be nuclear.

Worse than that, it means suddenly a bunch of countries in the middle east will see 100% of their power plants and desalination plants destroyed. Thats a catastrophic immigration surge coming - or if not means many millions dead. Not to mention 90 million refugees from Iran, if they would even survived.

Only if America's goal is to see all oil and gas infrastructure in the middle east destroyed, ending global diesel exports, causing a bond yield spike and economic collapse, domestic and global famine, and first strike US of nukes by China and Russia. Would you call that a win? Why does it seem like that's the plan they're preparing for?
