@JamesOKeefeIII I wonder if you can prove retaliation if you look at the prosecutions social media and discover if they knew about your investigation when you published it? Wouldn't they have to explain why they waited so long and just after Dan Sullivan thing?
@Gitmo99 Ok, I remember my friend Ronnie, we went to Temple Academy together, hid in his jacket cubby and fell asleep. Whole bunch of police out looking for him. Found him in the classroom sleeping lol. This was 1995 I think. Maybe, this could have happened here?
@Brainbilionaire@Games__ovr It really depends on the state. I would assume though, thats not the major issue if this was in the states. The issue here that I see is that the old man approached them and initiated the confrontation. This, in my opinion makes a claim of self defense a very hard claim.
@QuantumGuard17 Im not going to say anything about mom here. Thats her kid. Any mom would plead for mercy for their son. I think we have to get back to treating these situations with more somberness and thoughtfulness than reacting off of pure emotion.
@MichaelKeith@SarahisCensored This kind of complacency and lack of empathy is just unacceptable and appears criminal to me. What's the point of having supervisors present if they are unable to act in the moment? Sensing this kind of danger is instinctive and to me, they ignored that. My deepest condolences.
@GretaThornberry@ShegunTweets@grok Havent seen the movie, but if its pain relief ointment, it probably has capsaicin in it. Its not overpowering anything. It irritates the epithelial tissue causing inflammation and causes over production of nasal fluid.
@GANJABOB1620@CMoore46123 @Ecstasybio They struck a man laying down. Can you find a similar case where deadly force was justified against someone laying down not doing anything?
