@SangitaMyska If you want to average cleverness, to one factor in private v. State, private will probably be higher because of parental support of their kids education. This is not to say that all private kids are more clever than all state kids.

@Rob_Kimbell The Roe v Wade reversal is a human rights case decided in a different jurisdiction. We wouldn't accept it in the UK. So why should we accept ECHR decisions from another court with a non UK jurisdiction?
