William Hague, who is Chancellor of Oxford these days, has come out in favour of Irishman @michaelpforan after protestors disrupted his talks on gender identity and law. Now can our media cover this story?
I’m just sick of it. The job of the journalists is to report the news accurately. That’s it.
We don’t need - or trust - them to assess whether the public are able to handle the news.
Please just do your job

Let’s break this down:
The only possible meaning of pregnant person is a woman who is pregnant but who, although pregnant, identifies as a man.
These are notional constructs.
They don’t exist.
None have ever demanded this erasure of women either. None.
Name a transman that is fronting this campaign in the media.
Giving interviews and soundbites.
They don’t exist.
A. Because there would be uproar
B. Logic would dictate that if you are carrying a child, you accept your femaleness.
C. There is no legal basis for this: men cannot get pregnant and there is no category of pregnant female that person describes
D. As usual in modern Ireland, there is no legal or media campaign only our technocrats quietly destroying the pillars and boundaries of our society brick by brick.
Today's award for the indoctrination of children goes to the Irish Education Dept. who couldn't quite manage to write the word "woman" after the word "pregnant" in an exam paper.
Irish children taking their Applied Leaving Certificate Social Education exam were asked questions about a "pregnant person" and presented with an image of a "person" with an obscured face.

BelongTo’s secretive LGBTQ+ pilot scheme in Irish primary schools is a direct assault on parents’ constitutional rights. Article 42 is crystal clear: the family is the primary & natural educator of their children, with an inalienable right & moral duty over moral, social, & intellectual formation.
This programme is being rolled out behind parents backs & with zero public consultation. This is in flagrant breach of parents and children’s rights, the partnership principles of the Education Act 1998, and the child safeguarding obligations under the Children First Act 2015.
Schools & external groups do NOT get to override parents. Transparency, consent & proper safeguarding are NOT optional.
BelongTo must answer these questions immediately.
Parents are beginning to wonder what they are hiding.
Contact your child’s school now and ask about this programme. Protect your children.
The undermining of student and retiree jobs by non-EU 'student visas' has been one of the great betrayals of FF/G in the past two decades.
The reintroduction of university fees - sorry, "registration fees" - as well as the obscene rise in rental costs for students due to mass immigration has meant that the economic burden on students and their parents has never been greater.
Service industry jobs were always the student's get through college fund. I did it. I worked, Dunnes, Tesco, Spar, pubs, you name it. Everyone I knew who wasn't scamming the grant did it. Now all those jobs are gone to people on 'student visas' and other visas from outside the EU.
Not only are the families of students - usually the parents - put under incredible financial pressure, but the people coming in to do the jobs can't live on those job salaries without fallback on social welfare assistance - so state intervention leading to increased inflation, raised taxes etc. That's why they were student jobs in the first place!
In Germany, they got around the issue by legislating for tax free "minijobs" whereby someone working part time - up to 43 hours per month - didn't pay any tax. Then there's a second band called a "midijob" whereby there is a radically reduced tax rate and the employee enjoys typical worker benefits. The aim was to attract students and retirees who were not financially secure into the workplace in a part time fashion that worked for worker and employer.
Unfortunately, under FF/G and the rest of the leftist parties should they get in, everything must be done with a sledgehammer.

Thanks for your critique, Janet. We actually tried a couple of episodes where House (Hugh Laurie) (please put the brackets in the right place) gets it right first time, but they were only 6 minutes long. NBC weren’t happy. Then we tried some where House never gets it right and the patient dies. The audience wasn’t happy.
One could apply your trenchant analysis to other art forms: JS Bach wrote 30 Goldberg variations on the same chord structure; Frida Kahlo painted 50 portraits of herself; Henry Moore, what??
The point is, or was, variations on a theme; if all you see is hospital, medical blah blah, then it wasn’t meant for you.
Nonetheless, I look forward to your first novel!
