@JustEatIE@Abrakebabra So for example, I find it hard to believe that justeat haven't implemented a feature in their restaurant endpoint application that allows the restaurant to offer credit or issue a refund directly. You guys are just a middleman and should offer a reasonable solution.

@JustEatIE So I am complaining about the process. The kebab in question is neither here nor there. But seriously why do I need to contact the restaurant only to be fobbed off back to Justeat and then have to go through the painful experience with your Rep. Just send the correct product!
