Designed to highlight the ripple effect of hate crime across entire communities, the campaign calls for hate crime legislation as well as a fresh approach from all in society to tackle the root cause of hate crime and hate speech

1/ A message from a Dutch farmer in Ukraine
What is the local situation in Ukraine?
The Ukrainians are fighting hard, everyone side by side. All important politicians are united in staying in Kiev and our president has risen to the occasion and has shown the world his courage.
@jhealyq Sensehub collars here too. Very happy with them. They do exactly what they say. Great for heat detection and the health monitoring is very sensitive.
Very happy to recommend them. Their customer support staff are very responsive too if we ever have an issue. Great service.
@1_TapRootFarmer@Michael_O_B@dairytaxaccount That is a sensationalist article Josh. Paints it in the worst possible light and deliberately misleads. No calf gets exported to the middle east. Older animals maybe but in nowhere near the same numbers as calves go to the continent.
Trust me I let no calves "die in their scour"
Elaine asked me if we should go upstair on the bus to the "farmers seats" in honour of the occasion. Heading for the @IFAmedia protest in Cork. Happy to get on the bus. Not happy at all to be thrown under it.
*NATIVE TREE PLANTING PACKS!!*
Just a reminder that applications for native tree planting packs at https://t.co/pIFKuhqNdH end tomorrow Sunday 15th. (IRL&NI only)
Each year I plant hundreds of native trees here on the farms and get many of them from this fantastic project
@CoOpSuperstores@DairygoldCo_Op must say I'm very disappointed to see our cooperatives logo on this page advertising fossil fuels. Think it's high time we divested ourselves of this part of the business. Are we committed to sustainability or not?
@MorrisonFarming In health&safety class in uni we were told that mechanics have a higher rate of testicular cancers due to oil residues on hands...never looked it up after but probably safe to assume that oil on your skin isn't great for your health. Another reason to wear gloves.
Irish dairy is the economic powerhouse of the Irish rural economy
-delivering a staggering €11.3 billion in 2019 across every parish in the country. 👏🐄🥛☘️🇮🇪
#WorldMilkDay
@davidcochrane The nerve of a catholic call to prayer being played on the national broadcaster after the pain that institution inflicted.
Almost as bad as the envelope for "dues" through the letterbox this am.
Look forward to the day when those bells are silent.
Something seems seriously sketchy about the twitter algorithm here. When I clicked on this tweet all the first comments I saw were pro trump/ anti WHO.
Fair guts from the IE government to condemn Trumps action vocally.
This is indefensible decision, in midst of global pandemic. So many vulnerable populations rely on @WHO - deliberately undermining funding & trust now is shocking. Now is a time for global leadership & unity to save lives, not division and blame! https://t.co/nOknZnBqDd
1/2 We are continually and proactively working to ensure that social distancing is being adhered to in our stores in accordance with HSE guidelines. We ask that customers only come in store if necessary, refrain from bringing children in store and avoid shopping in groups.
Thought carefully about sharing this. It’s pretty blunt but it’s blunt, honest communication we need. Please watch & retweet. We, all of us, not anyone else, will decide through our actions what happens next. Please do this. Please save lives #coronavirus
@Corkcoco I'm appalled at the incompetence for the 2nd day running of the council's organisation while trimming trees on our local road between Tower and Kerrpike.
The road closed sign is 500m up the road forcing everyone to turn around.
Wasting the publics time and fuel.
1/2
@Corkcoco 2/2 who is responsible for this? I had a similar experience between the Leemount cross and Healy's bridge in recent weeks where once again the publics time was being wasted all for the lack of simple communication.
Very disappointing in this.
